THIS IS WHY AMERICANS ARE FAT!
Take a close look at this chart (2012). 23 percent of an Americans grocery bill is for processed foods and sweets, whereas 30 years ago, it was fifth on the list. The amount of fat, sodium and sugar present here is a recipe for obesity.
TIP: When at the supermarket, avoid the center, inner lanes. This is the danger zone- full of sugars and processed foods. Instead, stick to the outskirts and go for the produce, meat and dairy. This is what Health Advocates call “shopping the perimeter.”

DOCTORS GROW ORGAN IN LAB:
A 36-year-old cancer patient with a major tumor on his trachea was given less than a month to live. Since waiting for cadaver wasn’t an option, doctors made him a trachea out of plastic, coated it with his stem cells and grew it in a lab. And? Success!
His body accepted it and his vessels grew into it. Of course, he will be monitored by the doctors but has been released from the hospital and is doing well.
This medical breakthrough may be the first step toward saving and changing more lives.
